Advanced Dental Seminars
ODB Group is very proud to have been selected by Advanced Dental Seminars to design and build a state of the art dental teaching facility and multi-surgery dental practice. Recently completed, the shell and core project was handled entirely by our in house team and combines stunning interior design with energy efficient and highly complex mechanical and electrical services. Experiencing further expansion, Airtricty, the renewable energy development division of Scottish and Southern Energy, has appointed ODB for further design and fit out works to additional premises in Guildford, Surrey.
Tanshire Holdings Ltd
Focusing on Landlord Cat A requirements, ODB Group has been instructed to refurbish completely, 8,000ft² offices including the design and installation of highly energy efficient, heat exchange air-conditioning and lighting systems, allowing highly flexible division of space.
