Albany Software has appointed ODB Group to transform their new 12,000ft² building in Alton, with a complete refurbishment and high spec fit out. This specialist software development firm integrates software solutions for the transfer of documents, data and funds.
EcoSecurities Ltd
ODB Group has been selected to design, refurbish and fit out a new floor in Oxford for this expanding organisation in the business of sourcing, developing and trading emission reduction credits.
Victoria House
ODB Contracts is about to start on site with the alteration, refurbishment and renovation of a prominent landmark building in North Cheam. With a contract value of £3m, this is a significant project involving extensive structural and façade works, all new mechanical and electrical services and complete internal fit out. The completed building will comprise seven prime location retail units with nineteen residential flats on three levels above.
Water's Edge
Scheduled to complete in January 2008, ODB Contracts are in the finishing stages of an extensive refurbishment and fit out project, providing 35 high quality flats, in a period residential building at Kew Bridge. Adding value to the design team throughout the project with specialist structural steelwork recommendations and general aesthetically-conscious finishing solutions, ODB is on the lookout for similar projects in 2008.
