Design

Space planning, interior design, artists impressions and the latest 3-D visualisation techniques. Integrated technical design of mechanical and electrical services. Fully detailed construction drawing packages.

Build

ODB takes the financial risk with a fixed price contract and is the main contractor with responsibility for delivering all elements of construction and fit out. ODB sub-contractors and suppliers are reliable, competitive, considerate and well respected.

 

Project Management

Health & Safety / CDM Co-ordination, statutory approvals, programming, subcontractor / supplier procurement, site management - a single point of responsibility with ODB.

Furniture

Independent furniture advice, specification and procurement for all tastes and budgets from tried and trusted manufacturers. Bespoke fabrication to our own designs.
