Sustainable Design & Fit Out

Environmental responsibility is an extremely important belief held by the owners, management and staff of ODB Group. In our day to day activities we aim to minimise the environmental impact of our interior fit out projects.

Through implementation of our Environmental Management System we have achieved ISO14001 accreditation. Our EMS is lead by the owners of the business and all our employees are fully committed to ODB’s environmental performance.

 

Our responsibilities: to help our clients design in their own environmental aims with their fit out or refurbishment projects, to implement the work so as to maximise materials re-use, recycling and sustainable sourcing and to conserve energy and resources at every opportunituy.

We assess our design and build under both Ska Rating guidelines and BREEAM where appropriate and adopt the principles and values of the Considerate Contractor Scheme.
