ODB successfully won the highly sought after contract to redesign and fit out the London HQ offices of this global leading Service Provider Organisation.

The project comprised of three key phases of works, spread over a 12-month programme, with each phase involving the implementation of a new interior design scheme and the relocation of personnel.

This initial phase of works included the design and delivery of a brand-new reception area, including the installation of a dramatic underfloor garden. New meeting and interview rooms, along with open collaborative spaces and individual phone booths service the high demand for meeting spaces.

The installation of a striking new linking staircase not only aids ease of circulation between the two office floors, but also creates a fantastic visual feature piece within the vast open atrium space. Its unique design offers a floating meeting platform either side of the central run of steps for collaborative group gatherings.

A folding glazed wall opens to provide a fully flexible social space, linking the large atrium with the versatile kitchen space. A fully equipped stage and media wall caters for events and training seminars, while kitchen pantries, a coats room and clever storage solutions ensure the space is functional and well thought through for everyday use.

An amazing and successful first chapter – watch this space for the next.
