ODB were appointed to undertake the task of rehoming the organisation's head office, consolidating excess floor space and helping to improve workplace practices.
The project started with a comprehensive workplace study exercise, hosting focus groups and collaborative user workshops for change champions. New working strategies and practices were adopted by the organisation, setting the vision for a new destination workspace in central London.
The space reduction presented an office planning challenge, moving from a large open floor plate to a smaller multi floor building. The new offices offer staff an enticing destination for the modern hybrid workforce, providing bookable areas, flexible spaces and collaborative settings for teamwork and meetings.
The muted interior scheme is nicely offset by the striking and playful branding to create a welcoming, inviting and versatile office hub for staff and their four-legged friends.
