ODB has completed its first restaurant fit out project, as project manager, main contractor and mechanical & electrical designer, working alongside award-winning Keane Brands.
A derelict basement opposite the Royal Courts of Justice has been transformed into an inviting, spacious and beautifully detailed Italian restaurant.
Challenged with such a confined and awkwardly accessible site, together with acoustic restrictions and tortuous routes for building services, the team has delivered a superbly performing environment for customer and kitchen.
The blacked-out, interwoven mechanical services overhead are deliberately exposed and yet almost unnoticed, leaving the extensive bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings to create an old school ambiance.
