ODB Group has recently completed a design and build Cat A refurbishment of these highly popular and individual office units. The landlord wanted to reboot with a new house style, updating the accommodation whilst emphasising the original character that sets these suites apart.

Entrances, stairwells and WCs have been upgraded with durable finishes and stylish way-finding graphics. Ceilings have been remodeled to create greater volume and accommodate new heating and cooling systems. Light has been completely transformed with a newly created picture window and a complete LED scheme using a variety of fittings to reach and accentuate the whole space.
