Brand new industrial distribution unit located outside Gatwick Airport, consisting of 9,000ft² of office accommodation and 107,000ft² of light industrial warehouse.

New office accommodation, including reception, open plan offices, meeting rooms, WC and shower blocks, and staff well being facilities.

Within the warehouse, a network of complex mechanical distribution equipment was designed and installed by a nominated specialist contractor, to ensure the efficient intake, sorting, and loading of parcels for delivery. Mechanical CO extract systems, high bay lighting, a smoke detection and fire alarm system, gas fired radiant heaters were designed and installed, along with power distribution, crash and pedestrian barriers and line painting.

External works included new security fencing and gates, wash bay equipment for vans and trucks, security hut, automatic vehicular barriers and service yard zone painting.
