This was a 20,000 ft² Cat B fit-out, driven by a key objective: to craft a space that enhances the experience for both members and visitors.
This was the first major move for the company in over 10 years and presented an ideal opportunity to embrace contemporary design elements, prioritise environmental considerations, and integrate cutting-edge technology to empower the team.
From modern lighting to strategic floor transitions and intricate ceiling details, the design guides individuals through the space, creating an atmosphere that is both expansive and welcoming.
The heart of the workplace is the HUB, a large open plan breakout space with lots of seating options, fresh bean to cup coffee, a gaming area and a large kitchen island perfect for communal gatherings. Integral to the HUB, aside from the pool table, is the AV solution that allows DLL to host large townhall gatherings and present work, ideas and share stories, whilst connecting with others around the world who may be joining virtually.
