This final phase of works for Invenia Labs was certainly a crowning triumph. As something slightly different from the normal office interior project, this was an incredibly challenging yet enjoyable project for ODB Group.
This high end external space was designed for staff to relax and enjoy during the summer months, as well as for entertaining clients, company friends and family with BBQ's, parties, and evening soirees.
Multi levels of seating, desking and grassed areas provide opportunity for individuals to escape, relax and even work. A gas fuelled fit pit provides the perfect focal point for group gatherings as the sun begins to set. Raised flower beds soften the hard landscaping and, along with the slatted fencing to the perimeter, provide privacy.
A fully equipped drinks bar and outdoor BBQ kitchen is located below an electrically retractable and louvered pergola roof. Fully controlled lighting and speaker systems, along with bathrooms and cloak room facilities ensure that this roof terrace is fit for all social and promotional occasions.
