A recently completed, combined Cat A & Cat B, design and build fit out for this virtual reality games publisher and developer at the forefront of innovative gaming.

From a very early stage, ODB leant space planning and design consultancy services to the nDreams team to evaluate potential premises and formulate their interior design concept, bringing a wealth of experience from designing and fitting out other game studios.

An extremely fast-tracked programme, under strict Covid-safe site operating procedures, integrated this concept for the tenant's fit out with major landlord works including replacement of mechanical services, new ceiling, lighting and WC blocks.

The new studio space is a transformation from what went before, full of light and colour and visual tricks to break up the rectilinear form. Bespoke storage and display elements nod to the gaming sector's heritage and nDreams' part with their leading VR specialism. Of course staff wellbeing is of huge importance, with large, beautifully appointed zones for relaxation, meals, collaboration and quiet focus.
