A "detail and build" project to deliver our client's vision for light, clean simplicity.
ODB designers developed the concept to peel back the layers of this landmark art deco office building and reveal the original structure and maximise the volume.
Ultra-thin LED panels and a 60 metre backlit stretch ceiling feature that joins the spaces together, combine to provide excellent "daylight" and the newly exposed M&E services have been re-organised and painted out.
